"Anika was responsible for the UX of the pages we were designing, as well as the conceptualization and design of the pages themselves. She is well-rounded and an extremely likable problem solver. Anika's seniority as a Creative Director allowed her to take on UX responsibilities as well. From a purely technical perspective, Anika understands the platforms she worked with and was able to problem-solve UX issues around them. Anika will completely impress whoever she works for, and they will not want her to leave."
